Healthy Cooking

We realize it can be difficult to always make the best food choices. As a group, we enjoy talking about the different food choices available! Often we practice our basic cooking skills that do not involve a stove as we know many people do not have access to using one independently.

We all work together on the different parts of cooking, including preparation, measuring, discussing ingredients, suggesting recipes, stirring/mixing, final presentation and clean-up!
